Chatbot History

In order to improve the chatbot building experience, WOZTELL supports the Chatbot History in the bot builder. It will display the audit trail records that are relevant to the chatbot you are currently working on.

  1. To open the Chatbot History, select this icon on the right sidebar.
  1. Select the time period you would like to check.
  1. The audit trail records will be listed out.
  1. You can expand to view the details of a record.
  1. You can be redirected to the Audit Trail page to view the original record.
